Want: Spoken word LP "Power Closing Techniques"

I'm interested in finding an old spoken word LP and wanted to see if people could carefully check their inventory for the following record. Here's the details:Title: Miracle Methods & Power Closing Techniques (For the Salesman on the Go!)Author: Ernie Anderson & Alex DreierLabel: BRC-114 (Businessmen's Record Club)Released: 1961Format: Mono Vinyl LPIt's basically a spoken word record that is often categorized under: Instructional, Training, Educational, Spoken word, etc. 'Miracle Methods' is on one side and 'Power Closing Techniques' is on the other side of the LP. Anyway, if you have this record, please let me know. If you don't have it, feel free to spread the word to others. I'm located in Campbell, California. I have paypal.     It took me months to track it down, but I eventually found a copy. It's been collecting dust for over 7 years now.
    I assume you want it for the classic "payoff" sample, right?
