Does everybody in NYC have pets?

Im going through craigslist trying to find a sublet for a month in NYC and all the rooms in my price range seems to be with roommates with some sort of pets? Whats up with that?See you all when I get there.Dress

    I know of one from Aug 24th $400/m close to L train in Ridgewood (aka fake Brooklyn). I believe there are zero pets involved. Is that a dealbreaker?
