CRAIGSLIST DOs AND DON'Ts

looks like i'm probbly about to sell a couple of big things on craigslist... i have no experience with this craiglist at all. can any of you vets bless me with some helpful hints? i heard there's a scam where overseas buyers send delivery vans to pick up whatever you're selling and pay by certified check, then you find out too late that the certified check is a fake. school me before they fool me any other selling tips would be appreciated as well (i am only looking to sell to local buyers BTW). thanks!

    Cash only. Do not sell to anyone from outside your city.

    Don't have them come to ur house unless you have to. Meet them somewhere.

    Unless you have an alternate phone line you don't mind being blown up, I would suggest not leaving your phone # in the ad.
