What the hell is this?

Got this today....only thing I can guess from the back is that it was a record made by Fox Fanfare - the publishing group - of different bands playing Gamble and Huff unreleased music. there are no acts playing the songs - rather bands called Band 1, Band 2 upwards til Band 5. The 20th Century Music Group logo is on the back....but none of the songs are recognizable.....anyone got any info?
