just a quick question. just got in a pair of stanton t-60s and they came with 500b cartridges. since i've been playing and scratching with them, they head shell of the needle seems to be slanted, or is that how its supposed to be. like the plastic surrounding the needle seems to skim across the record as it plays? is this normal? it happens on both tables. it does not seem to distort the playing of the record, i am more concerned with it damaging the record. is it normal for some sort of skimming of the head shell surrounding the needle? thanksdan
