Top40 Conga Rock (Radio Related)

Man, Some Top40 songs got me head noddin' due to the conga percussion line as opposed to the standard combination of a kick/snare.The Game - Hate It, Or Love It50cent - Just A Lil Bit Bobby Valentino f. Nas - Slow DownCommon - GoWith the exception of 50 (a.k.a. Ferrari F-50), all of those joints are hot.

    is the bobby valentino got a tabla joint on it? I used to work with this dude who is some crazy tabla player. talking about how he makes tabla sample cds for major companies and ish. instead of working he was always online looking at tabla drums and playing his cd. dude was on some next level stuff with his playing but he just kept going on and on about tabla and his master and when he was an apprentice player in india or some ish.

    anyways sounds like tabla in the bobby valentino. other than that yeah I agree the extra percussion elements some producers now a days is nice. good change all though kanye is using those conga/bongo rolls way to much IMO.
