Why, you wouldn't flush this down the toilet. You'd hand wash it and re-use it. Of course, all of the soap and water you'd use cleaning it would likely leave more of an environmental impact than just using normal toilet paper. But normal toilet paper doesn't allow you to display that glazed hippy look in your eye while you're wiping your bum.
