The Groovy Soul Orchestra (info needed)?

I posted this at the Vinyl Vulture boards last week, but nobody could help me, so I was wondering if any of you strutters could help me out?
I found sealed copies of these two records (The Groovy Soul Orchestra - Movin' and Groovin' vol. 1 and 2) on a flea market the other day. I couldn't find any information on the web, so I was wondering if any of you guys know what's the deal with this one? They look like library records (released on a label called Groove Records), but don't sound like that. It's a mix of bossa, soul and 60s soundtrack type of stuff. It also includes a slightly different (and slower) version of Pigmy, a funky hammond track that was on Keb Darges Legendary Deep Funk.Anybody heard of these records before?
