Sasuage and Sasuage Casing?

Fo Real a good sasuage goes a long way (No Pun intended) But fo real a good sasauge can make or break your Pizza, Sandwich, Pasta etc...   • Clearly you aren't from Little Germany or Little Italy. "Sausage" and you never ever use sausage with a casing on a pizza. Ground sausage, baby!

    OK, I misread you on the casings part. I'm not sure if I could tell the difference -- taste test-wise -- between synth and nat.
