GOING POSTAL: Breaking down the new postage rates

I know this topic has been showing up over the last week or so. I haven't read a post yet that has broken down the new USPS postage situation.From what I can tell so far, Surface mail is out, and the new Surface Air-Lifted is for 50lbs. or more.So, basically it looks like it's going to be Priority mail ($20-$25??), and First Class ($15-$18??)I'm still trying to figure this all out... Rates change in a week, Who's going to be charging what? a good source
