an odd Microwave question

is there a way to print a crates contents as a list? or maybe saved as a .txt file? basically i need to forward a crates contents via email... the only solution i've come up with is to type each track out individually but there's gotta be a better way.

    Open your crates folder and open the crate-files with (on a mac) Text Edit.
