how superbly anal. but honestly i don't think he has legal (ebay/paypal) recourse, even if it wasn't explicitly mentioned in your description, like he said, it's noticable in the picture.

Clearly, when you are selling to Beatles collectros, you must grade the shrink wrap as well as the jacket and record. A truly great Beatles selleur will also grade the inner sleeve.
