help! info on Olatunji's "Soul Makossa"

I've recently acquired Olatunji's version of Soul Makossa on iTunes...and of course have no liner notes or personell. The only info I can get on the track is that Olatunji is on it and Joe Henderson is playing sax. Can anyone tell me the original label? Or any other players? Or, can you verify the original recording date of 1973?Please and thankyou!
