Awww shit! My girlfriend and I saw these two when we went to the Vancouver Aquarium a couple of years ago. We watched the otters for an hour easy. About every twenty minutes they would break into a round of aggro chases, ass-biting, and attempted penetration. Afterwards peaceful handholding would resume.
We never got any pictures, so my girlfriend ran into my room screaming last night to show me the Youtube video...
Vancouver Aquarium is well-done if a little small. It used to be super depressing but they've really improved it over the last twenty years. And it's in a beautiful part of Stanley Park. Worth checking out if you're in town.

I've lived in Vancouver for almost 10 years and I still haven't been to the Aquarium, apparently they do this all the time.
