3" CD manufacturing

Are there any places where you can press up some 3" CD's? I can buy a box or spindle and do it myself (and maybe it would be more cost effective), but I want to do a promo and have them nicely done. I like what Ubiquity has done with their promo CD3's, and have been a fan of the format since the late 80's so... inform.

    i believe that sixtoo is on here. i know he did some promo 3"cds for his last tour.
