i'm in SD for a minute and need some tips. anything good going on? and how about record shops?

    2 record stores that i vouch for: M-theory (hit up dstill808, he works there) and Record City (Near 6th and Robinson).

    Haps: Livewire (El Cajon and Alabama) is usually a good time, although the deejays can be hit and miss. Landlord Jims (broadway and 16th) goes berserker on Fri and Sat nights, I go on tuesdays.
    If you're more into the club thing, anyplace on 5th ave in the gaslamp district will suffice.
