Lead by legendary organist Cliff Driver, Naomi and the Queens, Edna, Bobby, and Cynthia, lay bare the roots of real Rhythm and Blues with a repertoire that spans from low-moaning slow rockers to frenetic funk-infused soul workouts. Guitarist Tommy TNT Brenneck and Bassist Bosco Mann, both haling from Sharon Jones' inimitable rhythm section, the Dap-Kings, add an extra touch of spice to what is already a resplendent mix of Gospel and Soul.
