Printing directly onto CDs? (MCDR)

So I been looking around recently because people tell me you can buy printers that print directly onto a plain white CD. Anyone got one or used one? I'm thinking of getting one so I can do small runs of mix CDs and stuff like that. Just wondering what the deal is and if people have had any experience with this?ThanksK.

    The Epson R260 prints to CDs, a friend of mine has one of the older Epson CD capable printers, looked pretty decent. As always the ink is the kicker, but it is the 4 seperate color ink carts... You can get some Memorex Printable CDRs and you are on your way...
    Pretty cheapy way of doin things, but good for promo purposes...
