Maybe the strut missed the passing of the Funk Bros keyboardist? My Mom also broke this bad news to me on the weekend after she read it in the paper. Joe Hunter had to have played on so many great records over the years. Apologies if it was mentioned here, but a quick forum search turned up nothing. Joe Hunter Obit
