How do you deal with 'em?My supervisor is usually mild-mannered, but becomes hysteric sometimes especially when she's tired. For instance, she yelled/screamed at me today for some trivial shit. What I wanted to do was yell back at her and bash her face into the wall or something. But being the nice guy I am, I explained my situation rather calmly (probably too calmly).But seriously, how do you guys deal with crabby-ass unhappy people like this?

    On the real though, i find when you are SUPER nice back, it makes them realise they are total c*ntbags and get all sheepish.
