Can anyone tell me what the time signature is of Outkast "Hey Ya!"? My coreopgrapher and I today were trying to figure it out and were having the darndest time. Thanks!

    its 4 bars of 4/4 and a 6/8 bar (with no swing). you can think of it at 4 bars of 4/4 with 6 extra beats.

    or even,

    4/4, 4/4, 6/4, 4/4, 4/4.

    sweet. the 4/4+6/4 combo was my guess, but I was also able to count 3/4 and 6/8 as well - those little extra handclaps at the end of each phase was really buggin us out.

    That and the fact that it follows a more old school "on the 2+4" approach as versus "on the 1+3"
