Artist confirmation anyone?

Here I go attempting to use SS as a resource again. Shame on me.Anyway... hoping someone can help give me a little more info about the 12" pictured below. Obviously I can read the artist etc, but is it the same Liberty Silver as in the pic below? And what damn year is this 12"? Also strange that they re-titled the song with "funk" when it's still just a cover of "Don't Stop The Music". Dope as hell btw.

    Nothing wrong with using the resources around here...complaining about having to read through others having a little fun is perhaps another yarn.

    I have 12" on Scorpio by DEMO...it's pretty dope as well, covers Tome Browne's "Jamaican Funk".

    Tracks are "City Funk" b/w "Funk" (guess they liked that title )

    I've seen other record by DEMO too so I'm assuming that's the artist on mine, although like yours it's not very clear (makes one wonder about the publishing legitimacy with these)

    Oh yeah, I forgot that Bobby Demo had that whole lp of rap and funk covers...stuff like More Bounce Rap, etc.
