Arnold dropped worker's comp rates for businesses A LOT. It saved my employer a few thousand a year. I think Arnold's has a good balance on worker issues and business issues. I would support something like this fully. Even if it costs companies more the market will adjust. The articles says 1 out of 5 is uninsured. That sounds low and I would wager it's much much higher than that.
