Sorry for more NRR stuff, but this one is a pickle.I was living in a house with 5 other people. 4 of us wanted to move out, but we had a lease that lasted until June. Our new landlord out of the blue offered to let us out of the lease, which was cool, and we have all moved into new places. But now she has told the old people that if they don't fill those 3 rooms in the house by February 1st, they'll be evicted.This doesn't make sense. Isn't it her responsability to fill the rooms since she decided to let us out of the lease? Someone school me here.
