Clareon S/T on Villa Records outta SF

Any of you local SF dudes know anything about this? I picked this up today on the strength of a cut called "Divisadero" (had to to find out how the hood was repped) and I'm digging the Soft Machine-esque vibe. I can't find any info online however. It came out in 1979/80 with the sort of french horn engraved in the grand canyon cover art. You dudes with the samplers would be into all these horn loops...knowledge appreciated!
