I remember seeing this far-out psychedelic cult classic featuring Klaus Kinski (grimey fuckface #1) a couple of years ago. It's about a jazz trumpeter who gets into all sorts of freaky/SM/occult trouble, set in a late sixties hipster crowd in Istanbul. There a several scenes featuring Manfred Mann performing the dope score, and I remember a good vocal tune as well. Was there ever an official soundtrack release? If so, how is it?
