i can hear that ableton stretch, especially on first open sample. ugh. put a tad bit of verb on it and mess with the dry/wet setting to get more of the verb than the sample.
ableton cooks beets fast, but it proccess the shit outta your organics.
drums sound a little on the thin side. beef up that snare. add some fills. i like the composition, but it gets redundant at a point. try to switch up the drums. or layer some kicks and snares to get it to sound fatter.
nice piece + idea overall, but i agree on the watery problem with the main sample - very distracting, it really hurts it - like a 64K mp3, all warble-y. also, id either trim it down a bit here and there (less 'open'/non-vocal parts), or add a 'B part' - someplace else for it to go. its a bit too long to stay only in that part/mode as it is. its a nice mood and vocals though, it has that 'out on the town' feel.
