    Most of those clips are from Eighty Blocks to Tiffany's. NY in the late 70s/early 80s was as hell.

    Sorry, it's Eighty Blocks From[/b] Tiffany's and like Imperial Mao said, it's a gang documentary from NY in the late 70's. It was a bitch for me to find, but that was years ago. I'm sure you can find it somewhere online.
