On HOLD, listening to ill music, Wondering what?

Man I was on hold today with the Insurance company and they had ill tracks playing some crazy library joints, ish boggled my mind.... This ever happen to anyone else???? Man if I was Madlib I would hook my phone up to the sampler and make a beat right their... HMMMM Not a bad idea!!

    I can't remember the last time I heard something dope while on hold, but I recently called somebody for my very non music-related job who had Eddie Kendricks' "Girl, You Need a Change of Mind" as his answering machine message. It was a damn long wait for the beep too. Nice.

    Our music is wack to f.ck.

    Its vaugue instrumental gestures towards either Coldplay's Clocks or U2's Beautiful Day, both recorded in slightly different keys to the originals with a few other slightly different chords thrown in for good extra-copyright-dodging measure.

    I was once on hold with Average White Band's Pick Up The Pieces, that was good.
