I spend every Thanksgiving in Baltimore/NYC with my in-laws. My mother-in-law is one of the all time great cooks but we often eat at the cousins houses due to the large crowd that is my wife's family. Thus, my mom's rarely cooks. I started complaining to her about the (poor) quality of the turkey and the stuffing (her recipe was used for years at the Ritz) and now she makes a bird and stuffing the day after so I can pig out all weekend. That and Ravens games (Shittsburgh is gonna get it next weekend) makes this a holiday i can get with.
