hey legal strutters,I know divorce is typically below the biglaw/corporate legalstrut radar, but:I'm trying to write an affadavit for a divorce case that's been out of control for far too long, and as a child of the two parties, need to do something to try to put a stop to it...I don't think I'm qualified to write an amicus curaie (sp?) even though "friend-of-the-court" seems to make sense in this situation. (I think I'm disqualified for not being a divorce "expert," and just my parent's son, right?)So: any examples of divorce related affadavit's you could offer, or any advice on anything else I can do would be appreciated. If case specifics are needed for more accurate affadavit examples, please PM.Thanks in advance!

No, not at all. They've been divorced for 14 years, and one party needs to quit dragging the other one through court.
