Anyone Know This Latin 45 - Pedrito Martinez

I just picked up this 45 this morning and I want to see if anyone knows anything about it. The first side I looked at said 'bolero' so I almost passed it by but I happened to flip it over and saw 'soul boogaloo' listed as the style of music so of course I grabbed it. It's Pedrito Ramirez y Su Combo on Popo Records. I'm wondering if anyone knows where the artist or label was from or around what year it came out. Here's a soundclip if anyone wants to hear it.
