eBay: No more payment reminders???

OK, so they have changed sooo much shit around lately that I'm lost. Do these not exist anymore? What am I supposed to do? email the people myself? What the fuck am I paying eBay for then? I need the iron fist of authority behind me! (ayo?)

    I send out invoices regardless....here's a little trick

    Create 2 invoice templates, 1 for domestic and 1 for international

    save each one as a signature if you are using Outlook / Entourage

    so when it's time to invoice douds, click on their email, drop in the appropriate sig depending on their location, fill in the items and prices and send...

    works like a charm...


    and that way, if you need to remind them, you just go into your sent mail folder and resend with an additional notice tacked up top
