45 question - Larry Lee Group on Mammoth

Just wondering if anyone knows anything about a 45 on Mammoth records by the Larry Lee Group. It's sort of a funky country psych thing, not exceptional but kinda weird. A dealer had it and I dug it but he won't sell it until he finds out if it's worth anything. A quick internet search didn't reveal anything, much appreciative of strutter help.
