    That's a music frontier I always thought would make an interesting funk record. I don't even know of any ethnographic LP/recorded music that has come out of New Guinea. I don't think they'd even be playing Gamelan music. It would theoretically be VERY unique.
    Just some thoughts

    My family is from there, I need to find out who got records from out there... my family all moved to Australia and I'm sure some of them got some records...
