I was at friend house a week ago where I heard a few minutes of this in passing:
I liked what I heard, so I ordered it straight away (as there are only a limited number of copies pressed), and I wasn't disappointed when I got it. Great stuff. I thought Nostalgia 77 was some sample based thingy, but here Benedic Lamdin is coming with a full jazz band. The B-side is a cover version of "Desert Fairy Princess".Has anyone in the promo-getting crowd heard their new album "Borderlands"? It's coming out on September 25th. Recommended?

If you like stuff like ricky-tick / 5 corners quintet and the previous nostalgia 77, this one is worth a try as well.
