i was going to start a new thread about this, but maybe it can be answered here...
i found this painting at a relative's storage and then shortly after found this LP, which as you can tell is very similar, likely from the same artist's series. i know nothing about either the artist or the record and was hoping someone with a little french canadian music knowledge could fill me in. the record is by Jean-Pierre Ferland and is titled Jaune (Barclay 80090), dated 1970. The artist goes by D. Armstrong and is dated 1967 (D for Dwayne was the small amount of information I was able to find).
Thanks that's nice to hear, both those paintings have been collecting dust for awhile...My house is small and my art collection is medium sized so I've got quite a few paintings that don't see the light of day too often.
