DISCOGS / EBAY DESCRIPTION TROUBLE

I found a interesting 12" on ebay. The description said it would have a acappella on it. I checked it with discogs and yes it was right.Than I recieved the record and it was NO acappella on it. Must be a different pressing and the seller took the tracklist from the same source that I looked for to check him.Am I the only person to which this happend ?? If not, what have you done with the seller ???PeaceHawkeye
