Australia's new postage rates - just so u know

Just thought I'd post this because it may impact on people here:As of today, Australia Post has axed its economy airmail option (due to increased petrol costs and other bullshit). This is the option I almost always used whe posting records overseas. The normal airmail option costs a few dollars more, so if you're buying stuff from OZ, be prepared for a slightly increased cost.That is all.

    Yeah, but a lot of sellers would offer "AIR MAIL" postage and then ship it Economy Air... I'd say this would stiff out a lot of dudes down under gettin' the swift one on people on eBay when charging for Air Mail then making an extra $4 with Economy...

    So it's not really a "new" postage rate. It's just a discontinuation of a 3-4 week Air/Land service...
