There are at least three people from Atlanta on here, but I guess they're not around. Be patient, grasshopper.
Earwax - Spring Street Full Moon Records - McLendon Ave Fantasyland Records - Off Peachtree in buckhead Book Nook - off Clairmont Atlanta Record & CD show - 3rd Sunday, every other month
for starters
Wax and Facts in Little Five Points Records Galore on East Ponce

Earwax is good for hip hop and reissues Full Moon - reissues abound Fantasyland - high prices, but a wide selection of records. GO THERE Book Nook- avoid. all records are 5 bucks and are usually in terrible condition, however, every once in a while I find some good shit.
also try:
Wax n Facts in Little 5 Points Wuxtry - drive down clairmont right down from Book Nook (THE BEST JAZZ SECTION)
Yeah, definitely don't bother with Book Nook.
Also, with respect to Fantasyland, be aware of the dangerous combination of inaccurate grading + poor lighting.
