I'm pretty unsavy when it comes to computer stuff. How do I post pictures. I click on "image" then it asks for URL image. What do I write, or where do I store my pics to be uploaded from.

There are a number of places you can put up your images. http://www.Imageshack.us is one I often use (just so I don't waste bandwidth on my site), there are loads of others.

Basically, if you see an image somewhere, right click, and look for the properties. The URL is the location of the image. Cut and paste it, and insert it in the image brackets. You can also right click, and choose the option which says "copy image location". Then paste that (or CTRL+V) in the brackets and you should have it.

In other words, the image has to be hosted somewhere to be seen, you can't put up an image on your hard drive without it being hosted somewhere.

You put in the URL address, like for john book's it's http://www.p8ntball226.com/Gifs/hott%20gifs/alba%20sexy.gif

That's what you would do if you find something on a google image search or whatever.

If you need to host something yourself (ie it's not found elsewhere), use imageshack or Photobucket.com - photobucket.com gives you the URL if you need it.

You can also do it like [img src=http://www.p8ntball226.com/Gifs/hott gifs/alba sexy.gif]

just change the [ ]'s to < > . Then you don't have to hit the [URL] button.

Some sites dont allow direct linking to images either, so you could insert the url and it will just show up in the forum as a url instead of a picture.

I hate it when that happens.
