I'm glad somebody mentioned George Lopez, I think he does a great job of humorously comentating on Latino life in America ,particularly Mexican-American culture, w/o pulling some "BEANER THIS" or "WETBACK ThAT" bullshit. His "Why You Crying?!?!?!" special is classic.
