Me never knowing there was a Flirtations LP =
I have that Lee Hazlewood, I've been thinking about selling it.
It's probably my least favorite of all I have by him (around 8 or 9 now)
but gets the most money of all his domestic LP's - usually over a bill.
Maybe I'll sell my Hazlewood to pay for your Flirtations?
whats that "(?cant read it) Connection" on capitol all aboot?
and as for
delicious smokey delights from a young man years shy of his descent into hamburger voice terd-bar beer flange.
Yeah, I kind of figured that much. I was wondering is it had any of the Cameo 45 material. When those 45s were bootlegged in the 80's, they used the photo from the cover of that LP.
Two finds from the internets, can you spot em?(Thanks THU) The rest out and about.
Peace
T.N.
i didnt know about them boots. Its his first album, i know that much, so it would stand to reason that some of the material draws from the 45s - but never having seen any of the 45s, i cant confirm. But I can confirm that Seger developed an advanced hamburger voice later on!
and thanks to Grope for this coming soon
that tune "Death Row" , which I think is the flip to the "2+2" 45
also got doubles of this 20th century sampling classic
got this the other day along with a bunch of other late 80s early 90s joint...i think this might be the true gem though...killer
Been playin' a lot of this lately. Amazing stuff.
I see that you found this album on your recent trip:
What's this album like? (disco? trad funk? boogie?) I know it's a super baller item among moder collectros.
SG
This copy is sealed......I had it a year or two ago and didn't think much of it....I'm sure others here can elaborate on it.
