Vertigo! The Label, Not The Medical Condition

any recommendations. i have seem to come across a bunch of dope stuff over the years on this label, but know next to nothing about it.Aphrodites Child, Gentle Giant, May Blitz....then theres the first pressing Sabbath stuff....but anyone have any other suggestions? im sure there are some dope obscurities on the label.thanks

    There was a couple of Vertigo comps released recently that you could check for inspiration. A mixed one by Andy Votel & another 3cd thing called Time Machine. Record Collector did a two part roundup of all the expensive rarities on Vertigo a few months back. I've got no scanner or I;d scan it but someone may oblige. You could check Nirvana - not that one, Jade Warrior & Magna Carta. The VV board would also be of use.

    Yeah, co-sign on the Andy Votel comp. Probably the best introduction to the label that you could hope for and a great listen.

    ..and mine. but the shipping is pretty $$, and[/b] they've got loads of other label books as well.
