yeah, this should be in the anouncements, but Im stoked....we have Tony Joe White playing at our shop!!so if you are near Memphis on Sept 14th, come on out to Shangri-La Records(1916 Madison Ave, Memphis, TN) in the afternoon(we are still deciding when exactly in the afternoon)for a FREE show by the man himself!

    I understand he can still do it....maybe better than ever!!

    His song "The Family" off the "Train I'm On" LP is one of my all time faves.

    Someone please explain the difference between Tony Joe White, Joe Don Baker and Fred Dalton Thompson. Aren't they just varying ages of the same guy?
