Pressing defect w/ Multiplication Rock?

I'm trying to enjoy my Ones and my Sixes over here, but both first beginning sides seem to share the same defect, it's a hellacious whine that seems completely synthetic. Like, I can't imagine it would be anything but a press defect. I've heard such things much lower and shorter in a record, but this is truly outrageous.The 73 rca press. Anyone else have this problem?

    You sure about that? All the ones I've seen are on Capitol...

    Anyway, mine sounds fine... sounds like yours has been wounded somewhere along the way, sorry...
