The Grand Funk album with 3-D glasses you had to punch out of the cover
Alice Cooper's School's Out[/b] with the paper panties. In the late 80's, I got a 12" single by King Kobra with lace panties
The Beatles[/b] (a/k/a The White Album) had not only a poster, but four individual photos of each Beatle
John Lennon's Live Peace In Toronto[/b] had a calendar
John Lennon & Yoko Ono's Wedding Album[/b] not only came with copies of wedding photos and the wedding certificate, but a cut-out of a slice of wedding cake

That's all I can think of now. Estrus Records up in Bellingham did a series of 7" box sets which had some cool items inside.
J5 Greatest hits had the punch out photo on the cover. I had that up in a place I lived and this girl didn't even know who they were!?!?!?!
