It's a picture of, and supposedly a quote from Keb Darge (famed UK Northern Soul/Deep Funk DJ)

I have a slight familiarity w/ who Keb Darge is.

I just could have sworn that pic was a screen cap from the OG "Dawn of the Dead" is all.

I agree with the likeness, it's uncanny.... but Keb is a martial arts dude so I wouldn't test. As for being old, that's so he can say he was spinning when you were swimming. In your dad's nutsack.
