Dallas Hospital To Bill Mexico (NRR)

Local Parkland Hospital has announced that they will be billing the Mexican Government for treatment they provided for "undocumented" Mexican residents to the tune of up to $27 million dollars.I'd hate to be the poor guy at the collection agency who gets assigned this account!!
