  • I was DJing in this barn on Saturday:

It was an all-day film and music festival. Rain had screwed up the schedule and I ended up going on much later than I was supposed to. By the time I finally went on, the only people left / awake were the three friends I brought and a crew of shroomed out Shaggy from Scooby Doo types.

One guy comes up and dead-seriously asks for Kylie Minogue.
I told him straight up "No." No "Sorry man, I don't have it," just "No."
Then maybe 30 minutes later he comes back and asks for "Footloose."
Keep in mind that this was a GUY asking for both of these.
Again, I told him "No" and he got all Veruca Salty and pouted off.

I wish Reggaeton sounded like that. I can't stand that music.

You didn't have footloose or locomotion? You must be a shitty wedding dj.

Veruca Salty? that's the new phrase that pays.
